FEMA Elevation Certificates on Oʻahu
Building and ground elevation surveys for Oʻahu property owners, prepared by a Hawaiʻi licensed land surveyor.

What is an Elevation Certificate?
A FEMA Elevation Certificate documents a building’s elevations and related site information. It may be used for flood insurance review, floodplain permitting, or certain FEMA map-change applications.
Pacific Land Surveyors provides field measurements, review of applicable flood-map information, and preparation of the completed certificate for properties on Oʻahu.
How the survey works
1. Property review
Send your property address, the reason for the certificate, and any documents or requirements provided by your lender, insurer, or permitting agency.
2. Field survey
We coordinate property access and measure the building and ground elevations needed for the agreed scope.
3. Completed certificate
We prepare the certificate and provide the completed document for your records and the requesting party.
Quotes & scheduling
We provide a written proposal with the scope, price, and anticipated schedule. Site access, available survey control, and required deliverables affect the work involved.
Based in Honolulu, Pacific Land Surveyors serves property owners across Oʻahu. Hawaiʻi PLS #21944.
Looking for a map amendment? See our LOMA application services. An Elevation Certificate and a LOMA are different deliverables.
